What is a Neostrama Cream?

A cream may be on a range from “stiff” (think cold cream or eucerin) or “thin” (think Clinique) – it all depends on how much shear has been put into it.  Creams will often it will go on and stay moist until the air dries the top layer or it is completely rubbed to become a very thin layer which is undetectable.

Creams stay in place and most often only effect the top layer of the skin.
